Subscriptions to Bay Nature magazine begin with the next available quarterly issue. Please review the schedule below to estimate when your subscription will begin. Call 888-422-9628 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm when your subscription will start. If you want to begin with a later issue, then please make a note on your order form.
Single Copy or Bulk Purchases
Current issue and back issue orders are mailed through the United States Postal System and may take up to ten business days for delivery in the United States. Please call 888-422-9628 or email email@example.com for item availability and rush shipping charges. Some products may be out of print.
Large bulk orders are usually shipped via UPS. Please call 510-528-8550 for information about bulk orders.

Currently, the first renewal notice for gift subscriptions is mailed to the gift sender. Subsequent renewal notices are sent to the gift subscription recipient.

For subscriptions to Canada and Mexico add an additional $8 per year. For countries other than the United States, Canada, or Mexico add an additional $24.00 per year for shipping. U.S. funds only.
Bay Nature magazine is produced by the 501(c)3 nonprofit organization Bay Nature Institute. Donations are tax-deductible, as allowed by law. Donors of $500 or more will receive a special gift. Visit the donation page to make a contribution.

Please contact us as soon as you have a change of address to ensure that your subscription continues to be delivered regularly. Call 888-422-9628 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, or write to P.O. Box 92408, Long Beach, CA 90809-9978 with your old address, new address, and your subscription account number, if available (this number is located on the magazine mailing label).
Please see the Subscription Start Date table to determine when your subscription address changes will take effect.
To determine the expiration date of your subscription, please check the address label on your most recent copy of the magazine. Otherwise, contact Customer Service.
Subscribers should receive a renewal letter several months before their subscriptions expire. Subscribers are encouraged to renew early to ensure uninterrupted service, and to help conserve paper. To renew, visit the subscription page or contact Customer Service. If your subscription is about to expire and you have not received a renewal notice, please also contact us at our Administrative Office at 510-528-8550 or email@example.com.
If you received a damaged issue, or if you did not receive an issue at all, then please contact Customer Service.
Invoices are mailed automatically. If you have already paid your bill and are still receiving invoices after two weeks of sending your payment, then contact Customer Service.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, and a partial refund will be calculated based on the original purchase price of the subscription and the number of remaining issues. Contact Customer Service.
